Calculation Formula
The calculator operates in the following way:
- Total hours = End time-Start time
- Net hours = Overall hours Break time.
- Normal salary = Net hours x Hourly rate.
- Overtime = Any hours after 8 hours per day
- Overtime pay = Overtime x (Hourly rate x 1.25)
It is all according to the Dutch working standards of fairness and accuracy.
