Meet Lucas

CEO

Settelix was founded by Lucas, an expat who moved from South America to Germany more than 30 years ago. What began as a personal journey filled with culture shock, paperwork chaos, and language barriers evolved into a life-changing experience — and a passion for helping others avoid the same hurdles.

Over the years, Lucas built a successful life in Germany, raising a family, working across industries, and integrating deeply into European life. But he never forgot how overwhelming that first step was.

Now, through Settelix, he’s paying it forward, creating the platform he wishes had existed back when he was lost in translation at a Berlin immigration office with a suitcase and a dream.
